● July 29, 2024: City asks agencies to complete the Intent to Renew Application with a deadline to complete by August 16, 2024.
● August 1, 2024: CoC Competition Begins
● August 27, 2024: Intent to Apply application form for new projects including applications for both Regular and Domestic Violence bonus projects are posted for public viewing on the CoC website, distributed through CoC e-newsletter, and shared on Facebook page @milwaukeecoc. These must be completed and submitted to City staff by September 6, 2024.
● September 12th, 2024: Share with agencies ranking and scores and post to CoC website. ● September 19th, 2024: CoC board of directors meets and is debriefed on the FY 2024 NOFO – reviews and approves new project intents to apply, renewal project scoring tool, FY 2024 ratings, ranking and reallocation policy.
● September 27th, 2024: Final completed renewal and bonus project application forms and PDF export of renewal and bonus project applications need to be in eSNAPS and are due via email to City staff Rafael Acevedo and Gregg Higgins by 5:00PM.
● October 11th, 2024: Final Project Rankings and recommended allocation amounts posted on CoC website and distributed via CoC newsletter.
● October 25th, 2024: Deadline to complete corrections to all renewal and new project applications in eSNAPS
● October 30, 2024: HUD deadline for CoC Consolidated Application submission in eSNAPS – due by 7:00 PM Central Standard Time.
